5. 📺👂🏼 How to Fix America’s Healthcare Crisis with Shawn Stevenson

6. 📺👂🏼 The Worst & Best Foods to Eat For Your Health with Dr. Mark Hyman

7. 📖 Why the way our food is grown matters for metabolic health
Ever wondered WHY you should care about regenerative agriculture or buy food at the farmer’s market? It sounds buzzy and trendy these days, but you can’t have optimal health of the body without optimal health of the soil that our food is grown in. And vice versa. This article describes how to support regenerative agriculture in your community.

8. 📖 Free Guide: My Ultimate Food List
Over the last 5 years, the top two questions I receive from people looking to improve their health are:
What is OK to eat? 🤔
Is [fill in the blank] bad? 🆘
So I answered those questions by creating an ultimate food guide! The guide includes simple rules to shop by, the 3 food components to avoid, and 5 to add to every meal, how to stock your pantry for optimal health, and what processed food and snacks pass my “good energy” test.
Download the guide here.
9. 📖 Free Guide: How to know if your cells are making GOOD ENERGY (aka, my lab guide)
The question you’re trying to answer with standard blood tests is whether you are part of the 12% percent of people in the United States who meet the normal criteria for the six basic metabolic biomarkers without medication, and therefore are a step in the right direction to having Good Energy. This guide outlines the 6 tests EVERYONE needs, what they measure, what optimal ranges are, and where and how to get them done.
Download the guide here.
10. 📖 Last but not least…my blog! In case you didn’t know, I write a lot on my blog here and three of the most popular articles have been:
Lastly, some of my newest thoughts and ideas I share on X, like why feminism has been a problem for health, the relationship between natural food and free thinking, why we need to get beyond “hacks” for true health, and embodying the qualities of the food we’re eating.
Thank you for being part of this community and newsletter!
