When I asked if you wanted a holiday healthy gift guide, I got an OVERWHELMING response of “YES!!!”   

So, today’s newsletter is just that! 🎉 

I went a little overboard and shared a bit of EVERYTHING that I love and use across home, beauty, books, gardening, kitchen gear, food and more. Hopefully it sparks some fun and meaningful gift ideas for you!

Before we jump in, I want to share that my friend, the inspirational Cathy Heller, host of the wildly popular podcast Abundant Ever After, wrote a book that is out TODAY, and it’s revolutionary… It's also called ABUNDANT EVER AFTER, and I recommend it so highly. It’s about creating the life of your dreams, and tapping into the abundance that is the sheer reality of the universe. The way Cathy writes about cultivating a life of more alignment, magic, ease, and joy hits home for me. This book weaves spirituality, Jewish mysticism and teachings from the Torah, meditation science, personal stories, affirmations, and so much more. It is a doorway to an expanded way of thinking and being. A few (paraphrased) lines from the book that just landed so good for me:

  • YOU DON’T NEED TO KNOW THE DESTINATION. YOU JUST NEED TO FOLLOW YOUR ENTHUSIASM AND JOY. (Note: I live by this).

  • ✨ PROBABILITY INHIBITS POSSIBILITY. To have a life of wonder and alignment, we are required to shift our focus from the analytical realm to the magical realm of possibility. (Aka, stop overthinking things).

  • ✨ The most successful people are the ones who have the courage to step out of the line for “Door Number One” (the prescribed, linear, predictable path) and look for the Unmarked Door that leads directly to where they want to go.

  • ✨ Ask yourself: If you’re not allowing yourself to even dream of a different life, what is the limiting belief standing in your way?

  • ✨ It is such a turn-on (🌶️ 🔥!) when you start to be BRAZEN, to have the AUDACITY to talk about your standards in plain and clear terms: What's your standard of care? What’s your standard for life, for people, for humanity, for what kind of food you eat, for how you treat yourself, for how you treat other people, for boundaries? You start to have the kind of audacity and people look at you and go.. Yes, THAT is who I want to be… Be a walking billboard of possibility for other people. 

  • ✨ If you’re wondering why you’re not having more breakthroughs, why the money isn’t coming in, why love isn’t pouring in behind you, look at your energy. If you’re feeling defeated, it’s perhaps because somehow you're in resistance to the blessings all around you. When you’re not in resonance with a higher energetic state (like gratitude), you hold yourself apart from receiving more.

  • ✨ How we choose to perceive reality is the only thing we really have any control over. We can change the channel on our thoughts any second.

  • ✨ Your life is a mirror image of your thoughts. Whatever you’re kicking around in your head creates your life. You can change a belief like changing the radio dial.

  • ✨ What would happen if you stopped believing that you can’t have “it,” whatever “it” is for you?

  • ✨ WHEN YOU ARE ABUNDANT, YOU DON’T TAKE AWAY SOMEONE ELSE’S ABILITY TO HAVE ABUNDANCE. YOU CREATE IT. (i.e., The individual redwood tree isn’t selfish for receiving abundant sunshine and water; in fact, it’s receiving of sunshine and water helps make the forest lush and gorgeous.)

  • ✨ We don’t truly see what is when we’re trapped inside our mind. THERE ARE NO ANSWERS IN THE CHOPPY WATERS OF THE MIND. The biggest insights and creative downloads and clear directives forward exist at a deeper level, in the beyond mind.

  • ✨ Free yourself from being everyone’s favorite. The person who aims to please everyone cannot have a fully expressed point of view and they cannot freely create. The people pleaser has to shrink. You will only be able to tune or to resonate or to influence someone who’s within seven degrees of where you are energetically, so you can’t affect the whole world and you don’t need to. Be authentic and don’t waste time trying to influence those who can’t hear your authentic message. More people in alignment will positively shift the world.

  • ✨ What you’re looking for at the end of the dream fulfillment is simply a feeling, and you can actually have that feeling right now. Dream fulfillment doesn’t happen externally and in the future, it can only happen in the present, so create that state internally and now. So often we look outside ourselves for the expansion that simply lives within. 

  • ✨You deserve to have a life that takes your breath away. 💗
